Due to the end of life (EOL) status of a key component used in the Type M IR Pack, we are unfortunately no longer able to support aftersales service or the supply of Type M IR packs for any Neo:4 units manufactured before October 2024. We will continue to fully support all Neo:4 units sold after October 2024 with the latest Type D IR Packs.

In addition, for the P8-HDBT-L-SP4, we will no longer be supplying IR packs going forward due to these also using Type M IR.
