Synopsis: This award-winning project that came in under £50K saw the use of Pulse-Eight’s neo:8a video and audio matrix enabling a home cinema room fit for the client’s family.

With a budget of £50K, this award-winning project saw a variety of top-notch equipment used in order to create a family centric space that enabled the client to enjoy time together, watching some of their favourite movies and TV shows.

Located in a new build, the project was virtually designed (due to lockdown) to be installed in the client’s loft. This made the design of the installation more complex than anticipated as the installer couldn’t physically be there to ensure that the projected design was fit for purpose. This makes the installation even more impressive.

Amongst a variety of other products, the neo:8a Matrix was used to distribute content to 6 rooms in total. With the neo:8a you can have up to 8 inputs and 10 outputs which ensures this client multiple possible combinations of their video choices. Additionally, the client opted for a Control4 control system which is compatible with this particular matrix. The client also opted for the additional benefit of an air conditioning unit to prevent the equipment used overheating, something we at Pulse-Eight recommend.
